Mike Rolph

Mike qualified as a driving instructor in July 1990 And spent 6 months giving automatic and disabled tuition for one of the large driving schools, he then set up Alpha School of Motoring in February 1991.
Mike very quickly earned a reputation for friendly and patient tuition along with a methodical approach which lead to a high first time pass rate! Now a very experienced instructor who has kept up with modern teaching methods,Mike also teaches the Pass Plus syllabus to promote 'safe driving for life' in his students.

Peter Hales

Peter has been in sales all his working life and this experience and training
has influenced Peters attitude to other peoples needs and requirements and he has always believed in 'empathising' with others, and being able to put himself in their situation, and judging how things he does and teaches impacts upon his pupils.

Peter qualified in 2003 as an Approved Driving Instructor in and is therefore up to date with current methods

Diana Malone

Diana has spent several years working in schools and most recently was deputy house mistress in a boarding house of 100 teenagers. With this experience she has a very young outlook and believes that learning should be fun, she is very patient and modifies her teaching to cater for the individual needs of her students. Diana has been teaching since October 2004 .
